A driver saying they sent money here is a claim, not proof — check it against the real incoming EVC transfer before confirming. Confirming records a real, verified settlement (same effect as Balances → Record settlement); rejecting leaves the driver's balance untouched and shows them why.

What Orod owes a driver for a completed promo ride (rider used a referral credit) — the driver still nets their normal 95%, just split between rider cash and this payout. Send the real EVC transfer yourself first, then mark it paid here.

The two things that can quietly stop a real rider getting a car even when everything looks fine: a driver whose phone stopped sending its location (still "Online" to themselves, invisible to dispatch after 10 minutes), and the OSRM routing server being down or slow (the app then guesses ETAs with a straight line and can wrongly say "no ride available").
